Payment
I accept payments through PAY PAL only. Payments should be made within 2 days of purchase, or the sale will be canceled and the item will be re-listed. Paypal enables you to pay with your credit card without having a Paypal account. While checking-out choose Paypal and select the option "I don't have a Paypal account". You will be asked for your credit card details. Items are shipped up to 3 business days after the payment clears. Now also accepting Money order and personal checks, please contact me if you have any questions regarding these payment methods. Israeli customers will be charged an additional 18% value added tax (VAT).
Shipping
I ship twice a week by registered airmail through Israel Post (except where stated). Shipping to the United States could take 20 days, but usually takes less. Shipping to Europe is quicker, the exact time depends on the individual countries. All orders will be shipped to your Paypal address, unless mentioned otherwise.
We will replace any items damaged during the shipping within 2 weeks after shipping, upon receipt of proof of damage (photo).
Please contact us if you want your items sooner - we can ship Express or Priority mail.
International Shipping If your delivery address is not within Israel, you may be subject to import duties, taxes and delivery service charges, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; Lazadas Online Shop refers each customer to contact their local customs office for further information. Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Refunds & Returns
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. All items can be returned within 30 days after purchase. Returns are only accepted after consulting with me first. Please remember, that we are not responsible for any shipping costs. It means that we will gladly refund your money minus the shipping cost. Please send us an email describing the issue, making sure to include your daytime and evening phone numbers, so we'll be able to satisfy your needs. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition. We are not responsible for lost items being returned to us so please make sure to send it securely.
